Grief is hard. You might need more than flowers.

After ten years of developing grief curriculum and leading grief groups as a volunteer facilitator, I founded the grief support community called Don’t Send Flowers to help people suffering from suicide loss. We offer support groups, one-on-one coaching, grief education, and all-around solidarity during an extremely tough and isolating time. If you or someone you know has experienced a suicide loss, please reach out. I’m happy to help.

One-on-one
grief coaching

You don't have to grieve alone.

Grief is hard, complicated, and looks different for everyone. Sometimes it feels like nobody understands, and that's often true. Nobody had the exact same relationship with the person or thing or animal you lost that you had. Grief counselors are here to listen and let you know whether your grief symptoms are normal (hint: they usually are.) If you need someone to listen to your loss story or to help you navigate a complicated grief, you can sign up for a quick chat with me to see if I can help or know the perfect person who can.

Suicide loss can be so isolating, and I noticed that many people come to one support group and leave again. I created this beautiful workbook to help people work through the complicated emotions after suicide loss. It uses a curriculum I helped create for the Los Angeles Department of Mental Health. This guide is available on Amazon

or free when you join a 9-week support group
